CAP BARBELL INC has been a leading distributer and provider of fitnes equipment over 30 years.
Our Distribution Center at Savannah, GA is looking for an Inventory Control Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming shipments and etc. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience with warehouse management systems and a basic understanding of shipping regulations. Sucessfully candidate will be promoted to management level.
The job duties of an inventory control professional involve the following:
1. Inventory management, including tracking, maintaining, and adjusting inventory levels.
2. Execute cycle count.
3. Exam inbound shipments, report and claim deffective and shortage items
5. Inventory systems and technology utilization for managing and tracking inventory.
6. Quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance of inventory data.
7. Collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
8. Implementation of loss prevention measures to minimize inventory shrinkage.
9. Other duties as assigned
Qualitification
2 plus years of warehouse experience or related knowlege
Bachelor degree is a plus. We support OPT, H1B
Bilingual in English and Chinese
Proefficient in Miscrosoft envirnment
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Abiltiy to utilize warehouse equipments
